Please help me to decide. See pictures below.

Would you keep ceiling floodlights as they are (off-white)
or
would you paint them the same color as ceiling (brown-beige)?

I'd paint them the same color as the ceiling but that all depends on how much trouble to paint them over. I mean it's not like you just brush them over with another paint color. Depending on what material is the lights, you'd need to sand & prime; then, you can paint them.

They don't look bad at all as they are. Paint them the same color as the ceiling would look better because they wouldn't stand out.

I would leave them as they are. Lights get hot and paint could crack, chip, peel, or discolor.

Ideally, make them the same color as ceiling. However, not sure it's worth it to paint them for reasons previously said.
