Could you please suggest few good aparments near Enclave Pkwy/Eldridge Pkwy (zip code 77077), based on your experience or heard from somebody? Googling isnt helping to decide.

I am looking for 1Bedroom/1Bath, prefer wooded floor and rent around $900-$1100 ?

Actually, I recommend Marquis on Memorial for that price range. Its in 77079 in the Fleetwood neighborhood. I lived there for a year and was very pleased. Its a small complex and has higher end tenants and I never suffered any crime nor heard of any the complex during that time. They were renovating when I was there so most of the appliances should be pretty new.

I do not recommend AMLI on Eldridge if you can spend more. Several break-ins occurred just in the 6 months I lived there and car damage was prevalent. The other apartment complexes I don't have much experience with. The newest ones look nice, but there's always issues the more tenants you have.

Are you in Houston? Spend an afternoon going to visit the apts themselves. Everyone's different. Agree with not going with Amli though. San Paloma, San Brisas, Chandler Park are all nice. The newer ones are probably too expensive but they do look nice. Break ins can happen anywhere if you leave your door unlocked or goods out in the car.
