Hello,
Can anyone give me an idea about the apartment rents in King wood areas? My bugdet is between $700-850.Rentals needed for short term stay.

A monthly furnished rental usually goes for $1300-$1600 a month. You can certainly rent a regular apartment for $850 but it would be unfurnished on a 1 year lease.

Safri is right. finding a Furnished place under $850 will be a challenge. You can save a little money if you pick an area on the outskirts of Kingwood (Humble, Spring...)

If you must live in Kingwood limits, why not look into renting a room on craigslist?
