Default Two 22 years old looking for good affordable apartments in Westchase

Our budget is 600. Is there some very safe and affordable apartments around there?

For $600? Nope. You're going to have to look for at least $700/month for anything decent.

My kids had a stage starting out where they lived in WestChase and actually had decent apartments in the Hays Rd area. These places change so quickly though with new management every few years and policies for leasing. The best thing to do is find a place you like during the day as far as ammenities and physical care and upkeep but don't sign a lease yet. Then go back to the place at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night and see the level of quiet-tude or earsplitting partying, guys hanging out slanging, etc. If it's decent during both visits .... then sign the lease. The place my kids stayed at was fine ... even at around 500 (this was maybe 4-5 years ago however) for a 1-bed.
