Second, you lose because instead of making any futile attempt to refute what I said, you resorted to ad hominem attacks on my 'sanity'.

Better luck next time.

Kinda hard to argue with the Constitution isn't it?
Wow if you are proud to think that you are in the country of freedom then you really have never experienced true freedom. God fearing...I would not be proud to be fearful of GOD...I am only fearful of those who hang on tight to their Bible and fear the GOD they believe in....real freedom there...ya think!

I don't care to refute what you are saying because you are not saying anything worth refuting.

I am proud that I am right on in this subject. I am proud that I am not a brainwashed American who can't see the forest through the trees. I am proud that I have a free thinking mind and spirit. I am proud for being smart, strong and healthy. I am proud of all that I have accomplished in my lifetime thus far. But most of all I am proud that I have survived this long on the planet surround by much hatred, ignorance, oppression and violence and yet I still love.

Incoherent blather.

What is your definition of freedom? Smoking dope in the streets? No more jails for murderers and pedophiles? Free money for worthless layabouts, confiscated from the evil, productive rich?

I am finding it harder and harder to live in freedom when big government authoritarians like you are trying to shove red light cameras down my throat. I find it harder to live in freedom when Marxist democrat central planners and bureaucrats in D.C. want to micromanage every aspect of my life and confiscate more of my money.

But I will keep fighting against the dark forces of evil though, and bitterly cling to the Constitution, Bible, guns, and faded memories of what America used to be before a bunch of dope smoking Marxist hippies took the country over beginning around 1960 or so.

Lastly, you cannot refute what I said because until you repeal the Constitution, you don't have a leg to stand on.

Your a complete idiot. I don't smoke dope, I am not a hippy and I don't thump the bible...and you just hang on buddy because you are in for a rude awakening. Bible thumpers are the most judgmental scary humans on this planet. They wreak havoc on those who don't share their thoughts...really nice ****ed up people who don't benefit anyone on this planet.

Again your insane view of how you think you have pegged me shows your sickness.

You had better go and pray with your gun by your side! Yippie Yi Ya

I as well will continue to fight the dark evil forces as well. Your blathering rant is so crazy and insane...wow I am so thankful I don't think like you...I bet your a really pleasant guy to be around.

More incoherent twit blather. For someone who doesn't smoke dope you sure do have trouble producing a reasonable response.

Baseless anti-Christian rhetoric aside, I am still waiting for your well thought out argument as to how you can support red light cameras in a way that does not violate the Constitution?

Go back and read the entire thread.

In what way do you think they violate the Constitution?

Go back and read my last three posts. In what way do you think that they do not violate the 4th and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution? What part of due process do you not understand?

And what part of 'the citizens of Houston voted red light cameras down in a referendum' do you not understand?

What part of the vote was not a valid vote do you not understand?

What part of Prop 3 should have never made it on the ballot do you not understand?

How does the 4th have anything to do with this topic?

The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects personal privacy, and every citizen's right to be free from unreasonable government intrusion into their persons, homes, businesses, and property -- whether through police stops of citizens on the street, arrests, or searches of homes and businesses.

And what does the 14th have to do with this topic as well?

The Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) to the United States Constitution was adopted on July 9, 1868 as one of the Reconstruction Amendments.
Its Citizenship Clause provides a broad definition of citizenship that overruled the Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857) holding that blacks could not be citizens of the United States.[1]
Its Due Process Clause prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without certain steps being taken to ensure fairness. This clause has been used to make most of the Bill of Rights applicable to the states, as well as to recognize substantive and procedural rights.
Its Equal Protection Clause requires each state to provide equal protection under the law to all people within its jurisdiction. This clause was the basis for Brown v. Board of Education (1954), the Supreme Court decision which precipitated the dismantling of racial segregation in the United States. In Reed v. Reed (1971), the Supreme Court for the first time ruled that laws arbitrarily requiring sex discrimination violated the Equal Protection Clause.
The amendment also includes a number of clauses dealing with the Confederacy and its officials.

Oh I see. The people of Houston get together and say no more cameras and you want to nullify their will? Just like when a filthy agenda-driven judge in CA turns over the gay marriage referendum vote, and nullifies the will of the people to further his own personal political goals.

Who says it wasn't a valid vote? A bunch of scummy contract lawyers and red light camera enthusiasts? I say pizz on them all. The people have spoken. Luckily for the authoritarians it was in the form of a referendum and not a pitchfork wielding mob.

And yet again, for the 5th or 6th time, how do you support red light cameras when they violate the Constitution?

Who says...the federal judge said. Judge Rules Red-Light Camera Election 'Invalid' - Houston News Story - KPRC Houston (http://www.click2houston.com/news/28271978/detail.html - broken link)

The city of Houston had a contract with the red light co. So what about the red light co. rights to have their contract fulfilled? It was not a legal vote...if you don't like that then take it up with the federal judge. Right the people have spoken...what a joke! 181,082 vs. 161,737 ....do you know that Kubosh rallied over 140K of his clients to vote...now you really think the people spoke? Only the ones following the pied piper.

They do not violate the the Constitution...if you think they do then explain it...
