They’re also among the nation’s most successful ethnic groups, with 71% of Asian Indians earning bachelor’s degrees or higher, compared with 28% of all Americans, according to data from the U.S. Census’s 2009 American Community Survey.
The survey reported that Asian Indians have median household incomes of more than $90,000, compared with $50,000 for all Americans

When I was a little kid, Hare Krishnas always scared me. They swarmed the baggage claim area at Hobby.

Seriously, I thought they were crazy foriegn men who were trying to nab passengers getting off of airplanes.

That was indeed a very interesting article. It led me to google this up, the Hindi Flagship program at UT Austin, and some very nice pictures in there too. I thought Houston had more than just one Hindi temple by the way?

The Hindi Urdu Flagship at the University of Texas at Austin

Had to read the Bhagavad Gita for a college course. Learned about many different religions and Hinduism is one of the most tolerant religions. While they may marry within their own - they are very tolerant and loving toward other religions.

Has anyone been to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Stafford?

I went last year with my teen-aged niece who is very wary of non-Christian religions (I am Catholic and she whole-heartedly believes I am destined for hell). She found it interesting and I hope eye-opening in terms of educating herself and learning tolerance.

It's very peaceful there. I'd love to go back again and just be by myself in quiet.

I recommend
step 1. shave the mustache, do something about body hair. use comb
step 2. develop sense of smell. close closets, hide school/office bags when cooking at home.
step 3. limit food warming with the office microwave to 30secs. respect the workplace, especially with the linggo
step 4. stop buying clothes from Sams club etc. Saving money should not be THAT obvious

Whats wrong with saving money? Who are you referring it to?
Are you saying English should be the only language?

Body hair is manly and having a muctache is a personal perferance.

ROBOT was a good movie. This is the most expensive Bollywood movie so far but R.A One which will release in October has a budget of $25 million making it the most expensive.

The actor is Ranjikanth. He is the most famous Actor in South Indian cinema.
