I've lived in Texas and the south for over 40 years, and never had any problems until the past 8 years or so. Trees and pollen and all that stuff have never bothered me. It's man-made crap: chemical plant pollution, diesel emissions, cig. smoke...

My dad's sinus has gotten better since he's been in NY. but when he comes down here, they act up. When I go visit him, I have no problems.

Orange juice has vitamin C but be careful of how much you're drinking the stuff. Again, 60 mg of vitamin C is the recommended daily dosage by the FDA.

Over drinking of orange juice, grapefruit juice, and any other citrus fruits can be very harmful. They have alot of acidity in the juice and will create stomach problems, kidney & bladder stones, etc.

Eating and drinking in moderation is the key. If you want more information, there are plenty online, just google!

Thanks. I didn't know that drinking too much orange juice can be harmful. I appreciate the info.
