For the past couple of days, my allergy has been acting up. I've been having runny nose and tears. It's strange because I normally don't have sinus during this time of the year.

I'm wondering if anyone is going through the same. If it's just me, I may need to visit the doctor if it doesn't clear up in another week or two.

Get that NeilMed sinus flush, take your vitamins, drink water, sleep. Call the doctor otherwise.

A couple of mushrooms popped up, under the trees over the weekend. Usually this means mold season is in high gear. Also means you need some of that fungus / brown patch prevention for your lawn.

Any recommendation? I've been applying the Scott's brand of the anti-fungal religiously and I still have a huge place in my front yard (complete with mushrooms).

Agree on the NeilMed sinus rinse (it, and air conditioning, make my life possible). My sinuses have been bad the last few days as well, and mold is the culprit.

That orange bag works well for brown patch. If mushrooms or toadstools still pop up, pick them and throw them away. Running them over with a lawn mower just spreads them x 10 the next week.

I have told the yard crew that. Unfortunately, they don't seem to get the message....

Ah, well, I put in a new back yard this year, maybe a new front yard next year....

You just reminded me. That's what I did wrong, taking multi-vitamins. I need to stop it! That's what boost up my allergy. Yuk! I forgot. Need to boost my vitamin C intake for a few days.

Looks like vitamin C did the trick, no more running nose and tears.
