It's a cool area. Houses there sell for a lot of money because people like the area and the proximity to downtown. The homes are kind of older looking. In spots you'll notice the lack of zoning where there is a law office and a church and then a home all next to each other.

Yes but none of them were in 77009 that I am aware of. They were mostly further west in what is 77008.

I was just saying, it never seemed to go east of Yale or south of 9th. Most of 77009 is east of I-45.
