No, Hell no...don't move there. How much you willing to pay for an apartment? I know a little about the apartments close to downtown and the med center.

What HouTX said. The crime is more theft than violence though. Me and my friend was only there for a few minutes and someone broke his window and tried to take out his radio.

Do you mean in the apartment complex or in the general area? The reason I ask is that (from Google Maps) there appears to be a police sub-station located in the middle of the complex.

Both and if only that station mattered. The crime isn't extremely bad, but I wouldn't live there. Last time I was there was back in 2010 though. Maybe things have changed.
