Wink Avian Vet & Where to buy Yarn in Sugarland?

Hi Folks,
I am back with more questions, the more I read about Sugar Land the better it sounds, here are some more questions?
1. Is there a good bird vet in Sugarland or close in the area. I have two
cockatiels.

2. Also love to knit, good place to buy yarn?

3. What about lower cost housing? $125,000 to $150,000? Or will we need
spend more to be safe?

4. A place to buy Chinese newspaper?

5. Also, our HOA counts our two birds as pets so cannot have any dogs
but I yearn to have some dogs, is that just a dream.

Thanks in advance,
Bird Lover

There are tons of veterinarians in the area, but I don't have birds so you'll probably need to call around to see who sees them. There is a Michael's and Hobby Lobby that have yarn, you could also try JoAnn's (fabric store). I can't tell you about quality or variety, but they do have yarn.

What on earth does your homeowner's association have to say about indoor birds???? This doesn't sound legitimate to me. Are you dealing with a landlord saying the HOA has a restriction?

No landlord, just very strict HOA. Thanks for the yarn info.
