I understand the logic there. BUT. How about travelling at non peak hours. Or how about DUNDUNDUN, living closer to where you work.

Exactly, but when people hear how cheap Houston is and how big the houses are, they will move to the areas that offer those things. Basically, people with families want to live in big houses in great school districts that, however, are sometimes far from their jobs. That's just my opinion.

Then they should stop complaining. If they want to live like 30k millionaires they will have to deal with the traffic associated with it.
