Inside the loop, 77009,77003,77004,77023. Right outside of it also to the west of 610 in areas like Westbury and Spring Branch.

Many options really. But don't expect huge gains, just moderate and more stable appreciation as opposed to the suburbs.

That's too high - rents would need to be near $2800 - and your renter pool is too small. $1400 - 1800 is ideal.

If your only planing to charge 900 to 1200 a month rent is a good chance your gonna get someone that is gonna trash the house now if the rent is 1800 to 2200 a month the person is gonna take more care of the home
