I don't have a favorite 24 Hour Fitness. I've been to two and both were filthy, stunk, and 20% of the equipment was always out of order. But, all of this is beside the point.

...I really only wanted to thank you for always working so hard to come up with the most riveting threads.seriously.

Depends on the neighborhood though.

Find a 24 Hour Fitness Shaq. They're clean and enjoyable.

If you live in a good neighborhood then the place will be clean like Sugar Land and Katy.

No point in picking a favorite - most people join a gym that is convenient to one of two places - home or work and beyond that don't visit other locations unless out of town.

A gym is a gym as far as I'm concerned. I may be more comfortable at one 24HR location because I know the employees and people who work out there, but once I get going, it's all the same to me. As long as the machines aren't broke, but even then, still got free weights...

Only thing I don't like about Lifetime is all the kids that take over that place. Lifetime has the highest percentage of gym bunnies though, which is a good thing.

I used to go to the one on 1960 and Jones Road. It was ok. Nothing special about it. I usually go to the gym for the treadmill and free weights. I don't need much. The gym in my apartment building has those two things so I no longer go to 24 hour fitness.
