Weekdays.
Get up, cycle or run
show
drive a mile to work
drive about 10 miles to meet someone Uptown or Downtown
lunch
golf
shower
work
drive a mile home
make dinner
work on a project
walk dogs
take another shower
Light dinner
Glass of wine
bed
Weekends? Include far more fun and travel because of the weekly grind.
