Hi,
My husband and I are looking for a house and we really love Perry Homes' design and construction, however, their new home sites' locations are not really convenient for us.

We liked Shadow Creek but have totally crossed off that location after we found out about the landfill just down the road. Sienna Plantation is way too far, Creekmont is right on top of the loud Highway 6, and Sierra Mission (by Westpark) is a little off our way and so is Aliana.

So, we'd love to find out which other communities is Perry planning on developing and also where have they built in the past?

I've spent a lot of time researching it online but was unable to find anything. Occasionally, I see the Pery name mentioned when I search for used homes in Pearland area (which we really like).

Thank you in advance for any feedback!

Perry closed out in the past couple of years in Spring Lakes, but that may be too far north. They're currently building in Spring Trails, but some sections have been built out for awhile.

Perry is a bigger builder in the southern and eastern portions of Houston.

I used to sell Perry Homes. They're a good builder.

did Perry build in Silverlake? You might also check in Missouri City..I think they built in a few neighborhoods there. You can tell Perry homes by their kitchen cabinets..they are the only one who uses real wood and builds them on site. They are not from a pre packaged box.

Perry is all over Cinco Ranch, FIrethorne, Cross Creek Ranch, etc on the west side. Very easy to find this info on their website.
They build spec homes like nobodies business and throw them up fast, too. So lots to choose from at discounted prices.

Perry is also in the process of developing a chunk of land in the Reserve at Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg. It'll be a few more months before they're ready to start building houses as they are just now laying drainage and roads.

I'd say they tried to build out Ella Crossing. They pulled out with a LOT of land left. Isn't KB in there now, finishing it out?
