No problem, the Police Department will cover for the damage. Make pictures before and after work is done.

I don't remember the exact number but a couple of years back in Montgomery County of MD the majority of unpaid tickets (Speed Camera) where against police officers who were not involved in any emergency but just "cruising along."

Buzzer! Wrong answer. Unless they balk when you follow the instructions given on the case number, you don't need a lawyer. Wasted money.

The silly anti-police paranoia on this forum has gotten out of control.

Yes, hope none of you ever need the help of the police to help you or a loved one. There are a few bad apples in any profession, even among doctors, teachers, but most are good people puttting their lives in danger every day.

Yeah, but who has far more power? Doctors, Police or Teachers?

Hint: Protect and Serve.

Whatever, I've had more negative then positive experiences in dealing with cops - and I also have 3 in my immediate family. Not many thinkers in the bunch generally speaking.

I would say that Doctors have more power than police. Police can arrest but they can't prosecute. Doctors can do about anything they want in their field without being questioned. I also bet there isn't a police car in Houston that doesn't have a dash camera on board.

Follow the instructions on the card. I bet you have no problem at all getting your car fixed.

The police don't spend their day dealing with people whose lives are going well, are not breaking laws, are not victims of crime, etc. If the cops are doing their job it means somebody is not going to be happy - usually the person who is getting a ticket, going to jail, etc.
