Does any one have information on the developer of PCP? We are looking into getting a property in a new development in Lake Livingston and we are looking for more information to make sure we are making a good decision. Thanks

Slow...Slow....Slow....Slow....Slow....Slow....Slo w in developing the property. Peach Creek is a beautiful place and I pray that they come through on their promises. So far it has been quite a slow go. I am hopeful, but also fear that they have received their money and will now focus all of their efforts on the Lake Livingston project and leave Peach Creek in the dust.

i am interested in buying a tract in section 3 too. How long do you think it will take before it will have > 100-200 houses built on PCP? I am debating between a water front Vs a non water front tract. Thanks for your suggestions..

Things should pick up quite a bit. They FINALLY signed a power agreement with SHECO to run power in sections 2 and 3.

100 homes? A very long time. It was advertised as a place with no specific time to build. If I had to guess, it will be a decade before a hundred homes are there.

With that being said, it is a beautiful place, and the land owners out there are FANTASTIC people. Truly concerned about their community and very involved already. I also like that there are building guidelines and no mobile homes are allowed.

Don't quote me, but I think there are about 8 homes out there now, with a couple more under construction. I know from the Peach Creek Forum, which you should check out...., there are a couple of other land owners getting ready to build.

Peach Creek Plantation Gathering

I would say buy now!!! Great time to buy. But have realistic expectations, things have been slow, but they are starting to pick up. I think it is a long term deal.
