Peach Creek Plantation
Are there any other PCP land owners out there? If so, how soon are you planning to build your house?
My husband & I bought a track earlier this year however not planning to build for at least 10 years when we retire. I understand that most of the tracks have been sold and was just curious of how soon the development will start looking like an actual neighborhood.

My husband and I just found out about Peach Creek Plantation recently. We drove there on Friday and fell in love with a 6 acre parcel that had just become available that day. They will begin paving the roads next week, weather permitting, there has been a lot of rain in houston this summer. The place is starting to look like a neighborhood, but only section one will have electricity this year and be ready to build on next year. We just got lucky because the property we are buying is in section one as we plan to start building late next year.

Thank you for responding to my message. My husband & I fell in love with our track as well. We can't wait to get back down there. I've been told that the property has been selling faster than they thought it would. Please check your private messages as I have sent you some information.

Was at Peach Creek yesterday and they are already laying down utility cables and electric lines in the area near the big lake.

Did you buy land at Peach Creek Plantation too? We were there 2 weeks ago and was pleased to see the progress that has been made since we bought our land last February. Please read your private messages for more information. Thanks for responding. My husband & I have been enjoying meeting our future PCP neighbors via the internet.

Hi...Please check your messages for the web address to Peach Creek Plantation. I don't think City Data policy will allow me to publically post a web address. I think PCP also has TV commercials airing on the local Houston stations. PCP is located between Conroe & Cleveland in Montgomery County near Cut N Shoot. The last I heard most of the property has been sold.

Peach Creek visit, 10-19-2007
Info on PCP as of 5:00pm 10-19-2007
They had 4" of rain on monday 10-15-2007 SO......
Hopefully if the creeks don't rise they will start layiing blacktop on 10-22-2007 if it does not rain heavy again. Every time they get heavy rain the county inspector has to recheck the underlayment for the roads. They have laid telephone cable down the main road to the docs house and today they were laying cable around the big buck lake in sec 1. The lake looks about 1/3 filled
They will submit the plat to the county on monday 10-22-2007 and in 3 weeks should have the final plat. Sec 2 will then be submitted.and so forth. The water wells have been drilled and waiting for the roads to lay water pipe. Electric to all of sec 1 hopefully will be in about 3-4 weeks.
We purchased in mid Sept. and were to close 2 weeks ago. I put in writing that I would not close until the roads, water and electricity are complete.
We are waiting to give our builder the survey and plat so he can start the process.
