What do you already know from your own research? Why did you pick those and not others? Give us a clue here.

The only thing i know they're Conroe ISD and Klein ISD , which is not as good as Katy ISD , but seems okay still .
Went there just this past weekend , and it seems like it's nice neighbourhood , but i've been only there once , so i have no clue about how safe of a neighbourhood they are . And from what i know too , they're close to The Woodlands . That's about all .
What i was wondering .. how is their resell value , are those community still developing , or already established . But mainly is their resell value and their safety is my question .

Thanks .
