From the accents, it's clear that the majority are native Houstonians, but "these types" of blacks are NOT AT ALL unique to Houston. They're in every major urban area where blacks make up a good portion of the population.

The whole licking the shoes wasn't a big deal. He was obviously just being silly. What made me cringe was mama with the gold teeth and the bag of chips, the "Get Money Boys", and, yes, "ammonia".
