Default Opinion on Camder Vanderbilt Apartments

Hello,

This might be a long shot, but me & my wife are looking at apartments in Camden Vanderbilt on Buffalo Speedway (close to W Holcombe Ave) and I was wondering if anyone in this Houston forum is living there (or lived) and have any opinion about these apartments. The location seems apt with access to I-610 and US-59 and close to Texas Medical Center, but I'm not sure about crime situation. Any other opinion on these apartments would be great if anyone has them.

Thanks.

I lived there...14 years ago I was single and worked at Greenway Plaza. I loved the location and felt very safe. I had the plan with the apartment above the garage, so I could get out of my car and go directly up my inside stairs.

I'm sure a lot has changed in 14 years but that is still a great area.
