I love Mark's, but it's been very, very loud the last few times I've been. Even upstairs. It takes the romantic out of it when you are raising your voice at each other. But no doubt, it's the best eats in Houston.

Is there a Bob's Steak and Chop House here? One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Not too crowded or loud, a classy place.

How about The Palm downtown? Any good? I haven't been yet.
