Monsignor Kelly is probably the highschool you are thinking of- I went there. It's a good school. I had some friends at Westbrook HS (public) and they turned out pretty good too.

There are some nice areas in Mont Belvieu and it is a small town with good schools (Barbers Hill ISD) My Parents lived there when my dad worked in Beaumont.
