Thank you. It's extremely severe mental illness (there but for the grace of God...), not just people who can't handle stress.

it protects them from the elements which is probably the biggest issue

Are you joking?

If a person made money making and/or selling meth, why would they be homeless and on the street.

According to my friend who delivers mail in rural Texas east of Dallas, those folks are living large out in the country. They have more money than the retired military and spooks at E Systems.

Safer?
At least sleeping outside people can see when they are getting beat up or stabbed.

Besides, how they going to make those huts meet code? (electrical, heating, A/C, carbon monoxide, etc)
