We know what we can and can not share, we were told we can share that Katy and Spring are on the horizon.... That's it. No more details.....l

Could you please build one where the Randalls on Sage and San Felipe is located? That would be walking distance from me.

I'd be in heaven!

Open one in Sugar Land!! Heck, Katy already has both Whole Foods and Sprouts. Sugar Land only has Whole Paycheck. There are no true alternatives there. Sugar Land has a large demographic from outside Houston, with a lot of them already familiar with the Trader Joes brand, that will overwhelmingly support it.

It would be a stupid business decision to miss out on that market. Sugar Land would almost certainly be the most successful surburban market for Trader Joes in the Houston metro. I understand opening one in Katy, but how the heck can they pick Spring over Sugar Land when there's already one in the Woodlands!!

I agree with you, but it's my understanding that TJ's are demographic genuises when it comes to business. I wonder if they high amount of first generationworker permit/immigrant Asian population has something to do with their decision to not open in SL. I never see any Asians (as described above) at either of the locations in town, and I shop at both frequently.

Pssst, we need insider info again! There's a rumor that a new Trader Joe's will open in Rice Military, in the ground floor of a new apartment project. Any idea if this is true or not?
