This subdivision is being built by Brighton Homes. Can anyone give me any feedback on this subdivision or the builder Brighton Homes?

Brighton is actually a decent tract home builder. The patio home section and the custom section are very nice as well.

I could swear there is a second tract builder in there now too.

They are decent. I haven't driven thru that neighborhood. But for the money you can get something like this...

5814 Northcrest Village Wa, Spring, TX 77388 - HAR.com

Probably go for like 259K for 4K sq ft, Brighton is hitting almost 300K for 4K sq ft, and that's base price. That inventory homes has a lot of upgrades.

5934 Beeston Hall Ct, Spring, TX 77388 - HAR.com

For the price of the houses in this community, you can get better valued move-in ready home in the nearby communities. Just a thought.

I suggest you do a search or drive by there and visit the area.

Brighton is a good builder, and, last time I was there, the sales guy Thomas is very helpful.

There is also a small, local builder called Travis Homes that is building there too. Once again, a good builder with a personal touch.

Lots in that area are hard to find.

Memorial Northwest and Champions Forest are great, but much older homes and designs.

This community merges them both.

I don't see why it would be hard to find. They have 7-8 inventory homes right now.

The inventory home I'm looking at is almost $300k. $270k base price and they added $30k upgrades. I looked at their upgrade list and it probably cost them less than $10k for everything they upgraded. On a new build, they are offering $30k for upgrades/discount.

Here's my line of thinking. $270k + $10k upgrades = $280k. $280k - $30k = $250k. I think $240k is a fair offer, but he says otherwise.

I'm curious about factual information that you could provide to back up this statement.

I am just guessing from driving the area, but Brighton has several new SOLD signs up from a couple of weeks back
