You wouldn't move to Fieldstone, the neighborhood, because of this? Or you wouldn't use the builder? There is quite a difference.

It would also be nice to share the builder's name so others do not have a headache. So far, I haven't seen a change in builder's in Fieldstone other than Kimball, but that was before building... but I could be wrong.
