KPRC reports: Bouncer claims Michael Berry rammed vehicle at gay club | Newswatch | a Chron.com blog

Most vocal=most closeted. How sad he can't just be himself (or many of us can't be for that matter).

All of that aside, (which is a lot to put aside), with witnesses of the accident, positive ID's, tapes of him being there, etc., the DA not charging him with the hit and run is disgraceful.

Not defending the guy, but I've been to gay clubs numerous times and I'm straight.

Default Fairness?

I don't really care for him, he's rates up there with Michael Savage to me, but let's be fair, who has heard his side? People are too quick to judge, and maybe all is true, but you cannot judge him without hearing his side I would think. We can be judge trial and jury here on CD, but I'm guessing law enforcement has not charged him with anything because at least they have to follow the law, and have to hear both sides as well.

According to the news, he said yesterday that he doesn't comment on these types of allegations. He said something along the lines of people having it out for him because he's a public figure.

That's my issue,
same people going around talking about "I'm an average person just like you and the system is out to get us"
the next day they get away with crime.

These people make a living by convincing people that they are the voice of the average person fighting against the powerful elite that is out to crush us
when in fact, they are part of that powerful elite and they are just a puppet show to distract people.
