Seriously what is with houston and not understanding what a pet is? Ive been here for 20+ yrs and it wasn't like this before.

I drive all around houston for work. Street dogs arent just barrio and 5th ward issues. That god forsaken new suburb 50 miles away off 290 people talk about I saw several. Cypress, Pearland, everywhere I go. I have to just keep driving because spca is going to end up blocking my number.

Houston get your act together and dont get pets if you arent going to be a pet owner. There need to be tv commercials educating people.

Rant

I don't understand the dog abandoning drop off areas that are a big part of Houston and have been for a long time.

It surly does not give you a warm fuzzy about how unconscionable "mankind" can be.

Using drones to help is certainly interesting; however, the dog abandon sites are well known in Houston. Why do they need drones when these areas are well known?

So much cruelty in the world.

Hi to the person who repped me about the dog abandonment drop off spots. I am also a long time Houstonian and I what I meant by the dog abandonment drop off spots is not what you are thinking. The drop off is not a good place...they are places around Houston where unconscionable humans drop off dogs on the side of the road.

I prefer not to post these locations for fear of someone utilizing them.
