If it was a "money maker" some developer would have done something with is a long time ago. The only people dumb enough to try to attempt to do something with the dome is the government, which is right up their ally since they're good at wasting money.

Trying to reuse an old building is wasting money?

What should we do?
Go with the corporate fat cats and spend a few billions in tax dollars to make it "profitable" for them?
