Can someone recommend a decent apartment in Heights area for 2br 2bath under $1100?

I looked at Stonewood, nice, but pricy $1270+
Whispetree & Oaks at Timbergrove: good price, but not decent enough.

Any other recommendations?

thanks in advance.

You need more like an apartment locator who services are free to you.

I think you are going to have to face the reality that you are not going to get a $1300 or $1400 a month apartment for $1050 or $1,100. Until you reconcile your tastes and your budget, no apartment locator will be able to truly help you.

White Oak Condominiums might be an option in 77009, but I don't see any 2 bedrooms right now.

Aside from that, it might be hard to find something decent for that price. I leased a 2 bedroom/2 bath garage apartment last year for $1000. It was a converted garage, into a full apartment. So it's possible, but inventory is very low at that price.

77009 & 77004 have a few 2/1 duplex & 1 or 2 houses in your price range
