Generally people who have a budget this large, and already know the areas they want to search in (RO or Memorial), don't need the assistance of an internet forum. A good agent will help you find what you are looking for; I doubt there is much value in asking here.

And I don't think 9 mill is that much, compared to lets say other families fom the school

Mrs. Romney, Is that you? All joshing aside. $9million is a lot. If that's your budget, then you can pick from the most affluent areas and I would base my decision more on where family, friends, and work is located.

Do you even have a clue? Are you just bragging?
Travelguy (post #5) said it better and more polite then most of us are capable. Good luck to you.

I know I can't type sometimes but I would think someone looking for a $9 million home could type better and articulate a little more. If that really is your budget go get a Realtor, they should be pounding at your door lined up wanting that kind of commission and willing to work for every penny. Heck for that kind of commission I will go get my Realtor licence quick and show you some homes.
