We researched alot of builders.. and my pick is Coventry... we are building a home will them which will be ready in approx 4 weeks..They started when supposed to and will complete on time to(actually a few weeks ahead) and had a smooth building experience.. They give alot of upgrades as standard features.. has alot of energy features which will keep out electirc bills low. Alot of floorplans to choose from in all different price range's Nice solid homes..We are moving to firethrone. good luck

Are you looking for a true custom home or something from a well-known builder like David Weekly?

I've heard nothing but good things about David Powers homes.

I would stay away from KB and Perry.

We purchased our home with Village Builders in Bridgeland. They build a nice home and implement many little things standard that most builders would not do. Of course, make sure to order an inspection if you purchase an inventory home.

We love our David Weekley home and they have been pretty good with taking care of warranty items, which haven't been many.
