Today's 420 Cheryl, is that a hint of what you have planned?

It's going to be a real nice weekend! Gorgeous temperatures. I might have to take the camera out and take some pictures. It's also perfect crawfish weather!!

Was just about to post about the international festival for those who think Houston has no festivals.

Currently only 54 degrees - with a high of only 75. Enjoy Spring while it's here this week.

Going biking as soon as I get all this Spec. Ed paper work done. They've changed so many rules, my head is spinning.

I'd add the Astros v. Dodgers this weekend. Roof should be open all weekend given the weather. Astros are much better this season, held their own despite playing pretty tough opposition so far. Their record is misleading as their biggest loss so far was by 3 runs. Five of their nine losses have been by one run.

It is a pretty good hitting team, some of the young guys look like they have good potential. Pitching is reasonably solid as well. Losses are stemming from inexperience: bad base running, mistakes in the field, etc. Fix those, this could be as good as a .500 team which would be a huge step-up from last season.

Just got back from Discovery Green... not too crowded. As always, lot of fun! I love having the Phoenicia market right there, we can stop in for a treat after going to the park.
