Default How to check a sold house price in Houston?

My neighbor's house just sold. How can I know the sold price? Anyway to check it online?

Yep, very true. And it doesn't always say the full story.

A sold price of $250k with $10k in closing help is basically the same as a home sold for $240k with no closing help. You need to look at all the numbers to make an accurate conclusion.

After registering, go to the Advanced Search and check the box that says Sold. Then put in the street info and more info if you want. there is also a Price tracker tab that shows you the history of price changes - up or down.
