Riverwalk is a little upscale from Austin and its Metro area.

I was looking at the Porter area as well after searching forever it seemed in North/Northwest Houston.

After touring Riverwalk and checking out the local area i decided against it. Just didnt seem like a good investment after close examination...but thats my conclusion.

Good Luck!

Default porter

Why not a good investment? Is it not true that everything is growing out that way and in a year's time it is going to look completely different.

I hope it's true, but I'm not taking the risk banking on it happening.

We were told to stay on the West side of 45...and after checking out different areas we tend to agree.
