Just bought a Taylor Morrison in October and the plumbing is now being laid. Does it really take 6-7 months to finish?

It can take a while out there with all the homes they are building. They are short on trades needed to build and some materials are scarce.

We started in July and won't be done until the end of the month. Has been a slow process for sure.

I will take the salesperson word that it will take 6-7 months to build. Considering only Taylor Morrison and Beazer are building there, the amount of houses currently under construction is huge. I'm sure there are more than 40 houses currently being built, so they are definitely spread very thin with labors.

Also it can depend on the street you are building on. They have so much going on down several streets right now that is causing a back up of trades running over each other and it spreads them thin.

Thanks for the information. We are on Halls Farm Lane and several houses are being built. I would love to move in April/May but can see that it will probably be June as predicted.

Are there plans for a clubhouse? My husband and I were discussing this and just curious. It is interesting seeing everything pop up like the rumors of the HEB.

No plans for a clubhouse that I know of. I remember asking about that a while back and never really got an answer.

as of right now there is no plans for a clubhouse. Once the HOA is formed they can decide to build one if there is enough money to do so.

If building a clubhouse or doing anything not already in the plan involves raising HOA yearly dues I don't think it will happen.

The FB page is run by one of the builders and I think it's taylor morrison. So not really a CF page so to speak.
