Cinco SW, Westheimer Lakes and Cross Creek are all selling new homes left and right and Lakes of Bella Terra is starting to get movement again.

Well, I hope so. I have been waiting for that Lowe's since I first saw the original site plan in 2007.

They had a sign for the Chevron up for a week or two and then it was taken down. I would love a Chevron at the front of the neighborhood. I can't see a Super Target or Walmart going in this new shopping center as there is one of each just down the road. But stranger things have happened.

I think that they are just building shells to finish up that strip and a couple of pad sites - the developer is now selling. But it is possible that they will get a tenant or two in.

Thanks. I did come across a plan that shows a Marshall's near Pier One, but I do not know how current the plan is. Also heard from the banker at the Wells on Fry at 99 that a Carabba's and Steinmart are going in there. I had heard a Whole Foods as well.

The Marshall's deal apparently did not pan out. Ulta and Five Below (a discount store selling items $5 and below) will be next to Pier 1. Carl's Jr also signed a lease for one of the pad sites in the front of the development.
