Hi all,

I have been working with a property manager for listings inside the loop in Houston. Though my property manager sends me the areas I am looking for, I realize that he is only pushing properties through from the HAR website. So outside of what he sends, I am doing my own search.

Can anyone provide me with feedback on good townhome communities to rent, inside the loop? I am willing to lease from an owner, but if there's an actual community like Richmond Towne Homes (outside the loop) that anyone knows of, I would appreciate it.

Also, if you have information on the Richmond property, that'd be great too. I did an internet search and did not find any reviews on it. Is this a convenient location to get inside the loop quickly?

Any reviews for Southpoint Townhomes?

Rent max: $1,750 for 2+bd/2ba

Thanks in advance!

Your other options are craigslist, realtor.com or doing drive by's and looking for rent to own by owners. There are rent to own by owners websites out there.

Thanks! Yes, I actually found the two today on condosofhouston.com. I am living outside of TX, so I can't really drive by right now. Thanks for the suggestions!!

I forgot that website, but overall they should be able to get you the info you are looking for. Good Luck!
