I know that NW, W Houston, and Uptown are experiencing a boom right now, but my question is what other areas of the city of Houston are experiencing a boom right now (whether high-rise contruction or single-family home contruction)?

construction doesn't necessarily mean boom. i dont think people should think like that. unless construction = all properties already purchased.

If you want the suburbs then South Katy, North Richmond and Fulshear are rapidly growing.
