Of course there's other high end retail around the city, but the bulk of it is at the Galleria. That's all I was saying.

It doesnt make the T&L lists valid in any way. I only listen to studies that have some sort of methodology. A sample survery of people (most of whom probably havent even been to the city they are commenting on) is not valid.

As I drive across this great city of ours, the last thing I ever think is "we just don't have enough retail".

So, what I got from this thread is if a retail entity sells over-priced merchandise and they need a demographic that will spend money on that bling, they open in Dallas first. I can live with that.
