Hello - I'm looking for a reliable Cleaning Lady (preferably an independent vs. company). We are in Friendswood. I've searched and tried 1 company and it wasn't worth the price. Thanks!

We use A&A cleaning in Pearland. Best I've ever had. Tell them I sent you and you want the new client discount for the first three cleanings. I know you want an independent, but I've had them all pretty much.

Ronnie - If you don't mind sharing, how much does the service cost you and what do you includde in your service.
I've been wondering if it's worth my money to hire someone so that I can have more time with my kids.
I am assuming that you do a light clean-up and pick up trash before they come?
Just trying to imagine how things would work.

Call them and ask for Mona. They're having a July Special. 4 cleanings for the price of 3 for New Customers.

$85 per visit, plus tax for 3,000 sq/ft, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath. No laundry or windows. I have them come every two weeks. Right now they're having a July Special, New Customers get a 4th cleaning free after the first 3.

My Shila's a clean nut. She cleans before they come. LOL She also runs the dishwasher and they put the clean dishes away.

They do all counters, floors, dust, scrub all the bathrooms. They have all their own equipment. Don't EVER let them put anything on your wood floors. Dunno what that crap is, but it's not a good thing. Other than that, they're great!

Whenever you have an issue, just call Mona and she'll come out with them. She doesn't put up with shoddy work. Lastly, the company is very community active and I like that.
