Thanks for the recipe and video link. That looks awesome. I just replaced my old gas grill and charcoal grill with a Weber Performer and am looking to christen it this weekend (the hot dogs I grilled for my daughter on the 4th don't count!). I just might have to add lobster to this weekend's feast.

omg! that looks so good. i'm going to buy some lobster so the hubbs can cook them on our new grill. thanks for sharing.

If you grill them make sure not to overcook them. Lobster meat is delicate

Actually the recipe I attached calls for 1 minute each side on the grill. Then you take them off and continue cooking them with the hot butter. Is really easy to follow and very hard to screw up :-)
