420 friendly...lol, I don't think so. I am sure you will get arrested really fast. Especially since there are tons of families with children there.

If guys think people don't light the green on the green, you have obviously never sat out there. Houston is very, very tolerant in that aspect. I mean come on, people smoke out in the open at bars and coffee houses, why wouldn't they in a big open space?
