Anyone out there compost at home? I really want to start and am wondering if we should anticipate major problems with pests such as cockroaches. I don't want to use pesticides so I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to do. Any other tips/tricks?

get an above ground compost barrel with lid versus the fenced in corner type you do yourself. worth the extra money
