Anyone have a recommendation for a Buyers Agent in Firethorne/Cross Creek Ranch area?
We like both of these areas, and will either buy in Firethorne or build in Cross Creek Ranch.

Go to Highland Home in CCR and look for Mike. He is really nice guy and helps us a lot for our new house.

We just purchased a home in Cross Creek Ranch & are under construction. We looked at Firethorne as well, but went with Cross Creek because we preferred the schools there better. (specifically the high school) Yes, both Katy ISD, but the test scores for the sending high school at Cross Creek was much higher than Katy HS.They are doing a great job in Cross Creek & the new grocery store I hear is opening any day. (Krogers)

Tony Cogliandro was our Buyers agent & he was fantastic! Many people recommended him to us. He works for Remax Cinco Ranch. Office - (281) 994-5184 Best of luck!

I'm sure you will be happy in CCR... its a great neighborhood with plenty of positive attributes.

However did you know that Cross Creek Ranch will be zoned to the new HS opening next fall?

Test scores aren't all they are cracked up to be when picking which schools are "better". Nonetheless, there are no test scores for your yet-to-be-opened high school.

Thanks for the reply, this has worried me some too, however i10 is a definite plus over westpark for me. Since I don't have any kids yet, I'm hoping that Firethorne ends up zoned to HS9 (Which is inside of CCR).

Mike Roller 281.346.0222
RE/MAX Realty West www.movewest.net

Mike is the broker/owner.
He's based in Fulshear (one mile west of Cross Creek on FM 1093).
He knows the area well and can help you weigh your options.

I have no affiliation to Mike.
But based on recommendations, I used him for my current home purchase.

I was going to recommend Mike as well. He is a great guy and very experienced and a good listener and knows this area well. I bought a lot in Fulbrook through him and sold it rather than build on it when we moved to Plano. He just listed and sold our friends home in Fulbrook.

Give him a go
