Have an offer on a home there and wondering if anyone knows more about this section (section 10).

Not sure about it (10). Cochrans is older, niceley located close to 45.

Seller changed her mind so...no house for me yet. I have to start house hunting in Houston again.

I`m looking at south of The Woodlands west of 45 above the 8 beltway:...lot more house for the money there... looks that that`s the city of Houston...how`s that area?

Have you looked and the Champions area or Memorial NW both West of 45 and north of 1960. I was looking over their prior to buying in Kingwood.

I was on HAR.com yesterday and saw a house in GM in TW for under 90!!! Wow, the market sure is turning down!!

Yeah the market is not that great for sellers but great for buyers, you have to know what to look for and you can get a great house in a nice area for cheap.

Hold it for 3yrs and make profit.

Now besisdes TW, Sugar Land, and Kingwood I`m looking at the area between 45 and 290.
Any tips after living in Kingwood for a while? do you wish you picked a different area?
