We are planning for a professional meeting in June. Expected attendees are around 80. Most of our attendees are from San Antonio. We usually do this meeting in San Antonio. But this year we are thinking of doing it in Houston – people can get bored year after years. I am thinking of The Woodlands because it is very pretty and relatively close to the airport.

Our cost from last meeting was about $74 per attendee which includes the meeting facility and a served lunch.
Does anyone have a good hotel/resort to recommend?

Thanks in advance!

The Marriott is very nice, our company has hosted several events there.
I have no idea on pricing.
