Can anyone recommend a real estate website where I can search for homes by school name. I'm looking for homes for sale for The Woodlands High School or Kingwood High School. Thanks

Oh I would love to find this too if it's out there. What I have done is download the school attendance zone maps and then use the map search function on HAR drawing my custom school boundary.

Also, if you find one home on HAR zoned to the school you want, click on that school and you can search for homes within a specified radius. It's imperfect though since school boundaries don't necessarily conform to that boundary.

Thanks for the suggestion; I'll try that. I've been using townhomelocator.com for the school attendance zone. Is that the site you use? I've also asked a local realtor to set up an auto search for me with her MLS, since our MLS here does that. Hoping she knows how to do it :-/

I would go directly to the school district websites for attendance zone maps.

Here is a map for The Woodlands, Conroe ISD: http://www.conroeisd.net/pdf/maps/district_map.pdf

For Kingwood, Humble ISD: http://www.humbleisd.net/cms/lib2/TX...nes2011-12.pdf

Using these you can go to HAR.com and do a map search for homes within the boundaries. But, yeah, it would be great if HAR could embed such a search function directly.

Good luck!

My school district site has all subdivisions and apartment and town home complexes listed under each school attendance zone. Also check the school bus routes within the boundaries you are looking for.
